Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
3. Return Process
Contact us at support@dokaworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address within 5 business days.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date your return request is approved.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@dokaworld.com.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
In case of defective or wrong items, we cover all return shipping fees.
